The dashboard serves as the central landing page of your Loyalista account. It provides an immediate overview of the most critical activities and key performance indicators of your loyalty program.

The dashboard is organized into distinct functional sections: notifications, the status traffic light, your subscription details, and core analytics evaluations.

Notifications

In the notifications section, we keep you informed about important account events, including software releases, system announcements, or upcoming updates. For a comprehensive overview, see our dedicated guide to notifications.

Traffic Light Status

The traffic light widget displays the operational health of your loyalty program at a glance. Table 1 outlines the status indicators and their operational meanings:

Colors	Meaning
Green	There is no maintenance work in progress or planned.
Yellow	Maintenance is scheduled or in progress over the next 7 days, with API access not blocked.
Red	Maintenance is in progress and API access is blocked.

Subscription

Analyses
