Main Menu: Integrations

In the Integrations menu, you configure connection settings and the operational rules of your loyalty program for connected platforms such as PlentyONE.

Connection

Here you will find your unique authentication credentials required for secure communication between your shop platform and Loyalista. Table 1 outlines these credentials:

Conversion rate Explanation
Revenue for One Point Indicates the revenue in the default currency that a customer must generate to earn one point.
Value of One Point Indicates the value in the default currency that one point has.

Conversion

Under Conversion, determine how many points customers earn per unit of currency spent and the monetary redemption value of each point. Table 2 details these settings:

Period Explanation
Locking time of the points Indicates the time in days that must pass before points can be redeemed. If this field is empty, points have no locking time and can be redeemed immediately.
Durability of the points Indicates the time in days that points are redeemable after the purchase is completed. If this field is empty, points have no expiry date.

Validity

Specify the expiration schedule for loyalty points to encourage timely redemptions. Table 3 summarizes the validity settings:

Event Explanation
Points for Signup to the loyalty program Indicates the number of points customers receive when they sign up for your loyalty program.
Basis points per order Indicates the number of points customers receive when they create a purchase (added to points according to revenue).
Points for Birthday Indicates the number of points customers receive on their birthday (once per year).

Campaigns & Extra Points

Set up targeted campaigns to grant bonus points on specific promotional items or during promotional periods. Table 4 outlines the campaign options:

Extra Points Explanation
Extra Points for Category Indicates the number of points customers receive when they purchase an item of a product from a category with Extra Points. Also indicates the category-IDs of the integration (comma separated if more than one ID is entered) for whose included products extra points are awarded.
Extra Points for Variants Indicates the number of points customers receive when they purchase an item of a product with Extra Points. Also indicates the variant-IDs of the integration (comma separated if more than one ID is entered) for whose contained products extra points are granted.
