Main Menu: Settings
In the Settings section, you manage your personal user credentials, company information, legal contracts, and your Loyalista subscription.
Profile
The Profile tab allows you to review and update user and business contact details.
User Information
Here you can update your first name, last name, and primary email address. This email address is used for account login as well as critical system notifications.
Company Information
Maintain your official company name and registered business address in this section.
Marketing Consent
Manage your preferences regarding product newsletters, feature announcements, and marketing communications.
Administrator Access
When requesting dedicated support or diagnostics, you can grant our technical team temporary administrative access to your Loyalista account here.
Contracts
Under Contracts, you can digitally sign, review, and download the Data Processing Agreement (DPA/AVV) in compliance with GDPR requirements.
Subscription
The Subscription area provides full control over your active Loyalista tier. From here you can:
- view your current plan and active billing cycle (monthly or annual),
- upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier,
- update your payment methods and billing address,
- download past invoices and receipts,
- cancel your subscription effective at the end of the current billing period.
