In this guide, we walk you through creating your Loyalista account, selecting a billing interval, and reviewing our product packages.

Create Account

You can create an account in two ways: either register directly via our sign-up page (Figure 1) or select your preferred package from the pricing table on our public website.

Select Package & Checkout

Unless you started directly from our pricing page, choose your desired tier (Figure 2). You can select between monthly and annual billing; annual subscriptions offer savings of up to 20 %.

Click Subscribe now to proceed to checkout (Figure 3). Once payment credentials are submitted, your 30-day free trial begins immediately.

Product Packages

Table 1 details the feature set of our subscription packages:

Funktionalität	Beschreibung
Test one month free of charge	As a new Loyalista customer, you can test our offer completely free of charge and without obligation for 30 days. You can cancel your membership with us at any time within the 30 days. If you have not had an active subscription with us for at least one year after a subscription has expired, you are once again considered a new customer and will receive the 30-day trial period again.
Up to X monthly orders	You have a certain number of orders available in each package, which you can process with Loyalista per month. Please note that even with annual billing, the quota of orders is available to you individually each month. Any unused quota expires each month! BASIC: 500 Orders STANDARD: 1.500 Order ADVANCED: 3.500 Orders
Loyalty Program	Loyalty program summarizes our main functionalities and logics of our solution under one point. We provide you with software solutions so that you can offer your customers a loyalty program in the form of a points program in your store. You can find out what this means in detail on our website and in our instructions.
Customizable	You can customize the content and scope of your loyalty program, i.e. adapt it to your wishes and ideas. This includes, for example - Name of the points - Texts within the widgets - Discount of the loyalty program (trevenue for one point / value of one point) - Extra points for products (individual products / products within certain categories) - Points for campaigns - Durability/locking time of points
Widgets for your online shop	With the help of the plugin, we not only integrate Loyalista's functionalities into your store, but also the interfaces so that your customers can use your loyalty program in the best possible way.
E-Mail Support	We are always on hand to help you with your concerns. If you have a question, problem or other request, please contact info@loyalista.de and we will help you as quickly as possible.
Free initial setup	Have you subscribed to an Advanced package with us? Then you have the option of using our initial setup service. Please contact our support team at info@loyalista.de and we will help you set up your Loyalista account and the plugin as quickly as possible. If you do not contact us, we assume that you will set up your account and plugin yourself.
